Background

Our client Izotóp Intézet Kft. has decades of experience in the production of radioactive isotopes. The company is the most important research, development and production center of radioactive isotope solutions in Hungary that is active in the following fields: nuclear medicine, immunoassay, molecular biology, radiation technology.
The goal of Izotóp Intézet Kft. is to ensure balanced, reliable, profitable operations, to maintain its domestic market leader position and to establish itself in foreign markets as a recognized medium enterprise.

Project description

With respect to the special technology involved, it was a great pleasure to work with our Budapest partner active in the field of radio pharmacology products. A request was made to Com-Forth that they assist in the validation of the stock records/materials tracking system and a multifunctional validation system. We took part in the project in a consultancy role covering the following main tasks:

● providing training for the participants on CSV
● supporting the lifecycle model planning process
● supporting execution and documentation
